Fall in Upstate South Carolina is a beautiful time of year. Crisp morning and warm afternoons. The leaves are just beginning to change to fall colors, the birds are returning from their summer visits up north, and there are lots of landscapes to be painted. The higher elevations in the surrounding Blue Ridge Mountains are becoming splashes of fall color. 

I better get off my computer and get painting!
